    Help i cant find whats wrong with my code

    here it is

    void overloadMeessage()
         char OLstring[256];
         cout<<"\t OverLoad Message"<<endl;
         cout<<"\t\t Enter Message to OverLoad: "<<endl;
         cin.getline(OLstring, 256, '\n');
         while(1 == 1)
    the compiler says:
    2 parse error before `{'
    7 main.cpp `OLstring' undeclared (first use this function)

    Error elsewhere

    This function couldn't cause the errors, unless
    you've forgotten to declare it.
    (Also the loop will never end (1==1) is always true,
    Try to implement a condition for a break statement)
