    Unhappy mac os x xcode

im trying to teach myself c/c++ on a mac and am having a lot of difficulty figuring out how to run some demonstration programs on the xcode program and could use some help from someone with a little more experience. im not exactly sure how to input the code then get it to run, i think i might have figured out how to get the code in but it doesn't allow the build/run function to work. can someone give a newb a hand? http://cboard.cprogramming.com/newth...newthread&f=3#
