Accelerated C++ by Koenig and Moo... Knowing the basics will make the accelerated-ness of the book easier, and it is the book on learning C++ for those that can handle its accelerated-ness.

I second this. I absolutely love this book.

It explains the whole Standard C++ Library. Not so much as the advanced part of C++ but for advanced users because it doesn't provide enough explanation for the beginner to understand most of what is happening.
