I don't need to be lectured by a lesser programmer, I know what the software I use does, and how well (or not in the case) it does what it's meant to do.
Well I don't know EXACTLY what it is, but all I can tell you is it generally slows down your programs execution times (only a little, but hey) but I guess it's useful.
    q.e.d.

As a lesser programmer, I will not try to influence your oppinion any more. It's already set, based on solid information and a infailable judgement. I bow before you.

When in doubt, read the FAQ.
    Then ask a smart question.

Just when I thought this conversation couldn't get any more childish, you reply with that.

Listen mate, this thread has lost it's topic, and I'm just going to stop now before it gets out of hand; I'd rather not be banned because of the likes of you.

I've voiced my opinions on the said topic not looking to start an argument with a Microsoft w.hore

You are aware of the fact that I don't like to be called "lesser" or "..........", right ? Just asking because you aren't making any friends here.

Is it my aim to make friends? No.

I'm obviously aware you don't like to be called those things, otherwise I wouldn't have called you them in the first place

Everyone is free to choose and pursue their own aims on this board. However, please note that calling a moderator names on purpose is contraproductive to most of those aims.

Listen, I don't mean to sound like a little girl, but seriously, you started it. I voiced my opinion on a board and you had a go at me.

Calling you names was something you brought on yourself.

Thank you for specifying on what managed C++ is.

Thank you for the display of maturity over expressing different opinions.
