    Dont call me dumb but...

I wont post the code here as the program is too big, but do any of you know what this warning means?

warning: "no newline at end of file"

The program works ok wthout any errors, I am wondering what it means as I have never seen this one before and I am baffled as I have ended the program with return 0 and the { brace!

You should end your main function with the } brace, and make sure there is a newline at the end of your file, meaning hit enter a couple times after your closing brace.

that's because you create the cpp file under windows but compile it under unix, right?

Some compilers need a newline at the end, I think. Dev-C++ 4 automatically adds a newline at the end, as do most IDEs.

it's because it's generally good practice to keep a newline at the end of your file... I'm not sure exactly why, but I don't think it has to do with that

Dev-C++ warns about it, and you can even set an option so that Dev-C++ will add a newline if there isn't one...
