on Dev C++, the command Sleep() works fine with out error, but on my other compiler, it gives me a message "Unknown Identifier 'Sleep' Why is this? Is Sleep() compiler persific??

Sleep() is not compiler specific but OS specific, it's defined in the windows headers, which by default are not included in the beta, you need to install the windows platform SDK
