    Smile sup, im new here, quick question

    ok I know there a few tutorials here on graphics with c++ , but does any one know a good book I could buy that would go into more depth on this subject

    if you want to use directx, I would suggest downloading the DirectX sdk from microsoft.com/downloads. I would start with the tutorials first then go back and start reading from the beginning. If you feel like spending a couple months and know way more info than you ever want, I recommend "Tricks of the windows game programming gurus"
