Microsoft Incremental Linker create portable exe - size 1024 bytes. Why ilink32 can't?

Well you could try reading the manual?
It's unlikely that the cluster size of your disk is anything less than 4K, so what do you think you're trying to save?
So use M$ then if it's so damn important to you.
