If your referring to Windows API programming (happy message boxes, buttons, etc.), then I would like to point out a fairly good tutorial on blacksun.box.sk's tutorials section.

Its pretty much just a beginner's guide, and i'm not sure if your looking for a more complete guide or not, but I thought I would atleast throw that one out there.

They also have multiple other good tutorials on C/C++ too.
