Does anyone have the answers to the exercises? They used to be online, and the preface directs purchasers there, but Wrox went bankrupt and the answers disappeared. I used to have them, but my hard drive failed, and I lost everything. I'm trying to locate the answers to the exercises, so I can post them online and make them available again.
I thought some of you experienced programmers might have them from when you were a beginner.
