Thumbs up Sounds, or no sounds?

Is it possible to add/play sounds in DOS programs?

or... if you are coincidentally using DJGPP and don't want to bother learning about the ins and outs of your SB, you can use Allegro...

9,608 could be like me who is still trying to get the SB code to work correctly....

I don't recommend being like me. Try Allegro or some other sound library. Most DOS games used the same or similar sound libraries. Hardly any of them, if any, were programmed by the people who developed the game. Why reinvent the wheel?
