well I am taking the speech class , and I had to make an enterview for a job, and as far as I did is this, I would be very happy if you see what is wrong in my questions, Or if you know other way to ask the same, that is driving me crazy, It's dificult to me because English is my second lenguage, so any recommendation or changes will be taken for me.

10. How many time you expect to work with us?
11. What is your stile in a difficult cases?
12. If you were responsible of choosing the  employees
      What would be your manner to choose one?.

I make a little corrections, but I still unsure, I know I am missing something.

Sorry I just see that this is not the general forum, I post it wrong, sorry but I have much pression under me. Sorry I know I post it wrong, Please webmaster change this treath to general forum, sorry Im so ashamed. Im so sorry, please don't hate me.

7 and 8 should be switched, 6 and 4 are the same. 9 doesn't make sense to me. 10 should be "How much time are you willing to commit to this job". The others seem fine..

One question I sometimes stumble over at interviews is: "What do you feel is your worst quality?". I think it's a good question, and sometimes it catches the interviewee by surprise.
