New to programming, im using a compiler called bloodshed simply because its the only one i could find free...I've been trying just copying and pasting in the code that ive found on several tutorials for the "hello world" screen print, however once compiled all i get is a command pront window flashing on the screen and then automatically closing about half a second later. (Im runing XP) so im not sure where the problem lies, can anyone help?
