Hehe. At first I thought this was a spam thread. But then I realised that you are talking about the command-line compiler Microsoft put up quite a while ago. Ever notice that Microsoft hides it to a certain degree?

Microsoft hides quite a number of things. Such as the fact that the .NET framework has the C# and VB compilers in it instead of in Visual Studio and/or their SDK.
