Just let me ask you one thing? Do you think this is an easy task?? This requires quite some work and since, like you said yourself, you dont know any C++ we simply suggest you start from the bottom going up. Dont run before you can crawl. This place has some VERY good 3D programmers, so saying that it is a bad community is just plain wrong! Start off by reading a book on C++, then move on to some more advanced topics. It takes time, it takes patience but most of all, it takes a great deal of will to do a project like this.

I guess it isn't that bad but it could be better.
And I understand this is a hard job. And there will may be mroe people like me. But I will someday get to show people my sd models. I hope.
