Hi there,
I have a copy of Borland C++ , and I want to ask what do I need to write a network sniffer for windows env.
What other stuff i need to be installed on the machine such as libraries, dlls etc... ?
Does Dev. tools differe in the avialiability of such thigs ?
for instance, MS VC++ 6, how is it comparing to BC++ ?
Any advice, very appreciated.
