    dictionary in readable database

    i'm looking for a database that has every word in the english dictionary, and all it is is just basically a lookup table for every english word....are there any out there that are just a database that i can read in?

    you can scan a dictionary to your computer and use any OCR to convert the images to text

    just suggestion

    I just found a list of words called "dictionary" on linux. Perhaps a search for dictionary+linux would help.
    It contains over 45000 words.

    Well if you want every word, then you might want to check out this
