Hi. I'm writing a light windows client for mySQL and I really just started learning about both (windows programming and mySQL).
I'm wondering if anyone know where I can get a list or anything about the TCP/IP interface to mySQL. Also a beginners tutorial to winsock would be nice.

The first thing to do is to use the search feature on the board, then check out windows programming forum and then google and finally come back here and i'm sure after your hard intiative everyone has seen - and you still yielded nata. Then we wil be more than happy to give you links.

Ye tried googling mySQL protocol interface? I just thought it might be quicker to ask a human instead. Anyway I really only wanted a good link to mySQL protocol interface. As to windows programming and mySQL request, those were optional as I already have good texts on those, but I can't seem to make heads or tails of the winsock texts I have so far.
Be grateful for any help anyone can offer.
