    Shutting Down windows

I looked in the forum and i found some code but i can;t get it to work =\. I am trying to write a program that will be able to shutdown a windows 98 computer, i tried using the ExitWindowsEx function with the Shutdown and force arguments but i refuses to work. Windows just closes down the program without shutting down =\ can anyone help me with some code?

Or you might be able to do it by running rundll.exe...you could google for rundll.exe
