    C headers

    i know that it's better to use something like:

    #include <cstdlib>

    instead of:

    #include <stdlib.h>

    but is there any good way to tell if it's a C library without just knowing?

    You mean tell which libraries are standard C libraries? I think you just have to know them.
    The word rap as it applies to music is the result of a peculiar phonological rule which has stripped the word of its initial voiceless velar stop.
