Thread: Disable VC++6's extra crap...

I am a user of MS's VC++6 IDE. I find it an excellent program. The only prohblem I find with it is (besides some occasional hiccupps) that is creates many (like 5) different files when you compile. I find this unessicary and the files it creates aren't that small. Is there a way to disable the extra files?

Those are needed project files, u can't.

The file have an important function, And besides, They don't
bother you do they? Whe'd all like to compile an cpp to an exe
with a press on a button, But it's just not the way it goes .

Oh, well then. Thanks anyways. Some os the files still look pretty worthless to me, but if they are needed...so be it.

Just ignore them, you'll be ok.

You don't need most (any) of them when you're distributing your exe...
If it makes you feel any better, you can delete them after you compile.
