i am a new member and i am using Dev 4.0. my problem is i am using the lessons of this site and have no idea how to use them can someone please help me out.

lil_plukyduck, I think you'll be pretty lucky. People here won't hold your hand whilst you learn C++. They will however gladly help you with specific problems or code you don't understand. This will however require you to have a go at some problems first and post your attempt when you get stuck.
