Where can I download the Borland C++ IDE

Hello, could someone please tell me where I can download the Borland C++ IDE? I don't think it is available on the website, they seem to have a command line compiler.

If you want a legal IDE (real programmers don't steal software)

    www.eclipse.org
    http://www.codecutter.net/tools/Bcc55Tools/
    http://www.bloodshed.net/dev/devcpp.html

It's a compiler for commercial purpose, not free.
    slackware 10.0; kernel 2.6.7
gcc 3.4.0; glibc 2.3.2; vim editor
    migrating to freebsd 5.4
