What's your opinion on my IDE and Compiler?

I'm using Borland V4.52. I stopped programming for a little bit and have now decided to come back to stay. Do you suggest I find another one, free? Or should I just stick with this one?

Once I used borland C++, my opinion it's not a stable compiler. But its IDE is nice and it provides good help info. I think you should go with free compilers GCC or especially Dev-C++, if you want IDE.
