Not sure what you mean.
In mathematics, ! is the factorial operator.
n! = 1 * 2 * 3 * 4 * ... * (n - 1) * n
(special case: 0! = 1)
examples:
2! = 1 * 2 = 2
4! = 1 * 2 * 3 * 4 = 24
