    thesaurus resource for programs?

    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone new of a 'free' thesaurus resource that was eithrer written in c/c++ or could easily be interfaced. By this I mean having the functionality to be able to give it a word and it returns other similar words. I've been able to find one which costs money but not for free,

    Cheers for any help.

    Wink

Sorry, think there may be a missunderstanding ;-)

I was looking for a thesaurus that could be used alongside a c++ program (without using network stuff!). I could use the one on my bookshelf instead of dictionary.com!

Guess I've got a lot of typing in store...
