Thread: Good sources of education while learning C++

Hello all,
Over the course of the next two years, I will be taking C++ programming classes at my high school. Over the summer, I have self-taught a beginning-portion of C++ to myself (up to functions =P). I thought it would be nice to know what other forms of education I could take up while taking the courses at my high school. Many of you experienced programmers might know what I'm talking about... =P So the Question of the Day is: What other means could be taken to receive an optimal learning experience (outside of school) while taking a course at high school?

do you know the name of web which has taught or tutor about C++ beside that web

the tutorial at this website ain't a bad place to start. There is a reasonable (not perfect but I haven't found any of those recently) textbook at :

It's a little out of date but it's on the web, free, and has the vast majority of the basics you'll need to learn in a relatively error free format.

hmm. thanks. I'll check those out. I was out today and I thought about getting C++ in 21 days, but I was fresh out of cash... But thanks.
