If you want WINAPI reference, go to MSDN and download the documentation from the Platform SDK...
If you want info on the Std libs......Search the web...there's reams of info

Actually I didnt get it Warez but I lent it to one of my friends ... so I need help files.
what does signature stand for?
theres a bizzilion places to get any software for free, you just gotta look. like on newgrounds.com you can tell 4/5 of the people there have illegal copies because its just crap they send in. if you really went out to buy flash for like 700 dollars I bet you would really want to do something with flash. same with MSCV++. costs a lot someoen wants it for free.
