Go to the FAQ Board, click on resources, then click on the first link. Under Languages, click on Assembler. Close the window and Repeat this process several times for practise. When you feel that you are familiar enough with this process, then click on this link. If you do not, an elephant will stomp on your house, a firetruck will drive over your cat, and its ghost will haunt the remains of your house.

    1. Go to flashdaddee.com
    2. Go to the forums
    3. Go to the assembly forum
    4. Go into the sticky at the top of the board saying resources
    5. Download the file "assemby book.zip"

P.S. Don't learn HLA. It pratically isn't even assembly.
