    Unhappy Help................again

    When i try to compile a program an error message appears saying:

    Access Violation at address 00514038 in module 'DEVCPP.EXE'. Read of address FFFFFFF.
    what the heck?
    Im using the Dev-C++ compiler v4.1. It was a really basic program too:
    Code:
    #include <iostream.h>

    That last code was incomplete (i cut and pasted, but is the hello program)

    Any how, i looked at the compiler tab at the bottom of the screen and it is "unable to run program file" from line 1.

    Line 1 is
    Code:
    #include <iostream.h>
    What does all this mean
