It doesnt have anything to do with Bloodshed though... It's plain C++
But if your using Dev-C++, then they made it, and there syntax and stuff is different than others.
It shouldnt be different from C++, C++ is a language, I mean Europe speaks same english like in England right? So why should it be different in C++?

command line argument is what that is. www.cpp-home.com has something on it (search in the tutorials section), but it won't have ur answer.
