    Question scrolling

    hey everyone
    im a beginner.heres my question:
    when u display ,say, a text file whose number of lines is greater than 25 ,how do u scroll up and down smoothly to the rest of the file ?
    i would really apreciate it if someone answered my doubt

    In that case I would read all the file into a large array and print sections of the array to the screen at a time pausing for a keypress before showing the next page.
