How to send On signal to port USB A using C++

Hello.
I wounder if is there any possibility to send on/off signal using C/++ to my computer USB A.
The USB have 4 different places to send a 0 or 1 bite on/off.
I know that there are GRD 5v and datas slots. I want to connect an cabel (just cebel nothing else) and on the en i want to attach a LEDs. Using the port i want ot send 1 signal as On and power the light.

Is there any solution how to do it?
How to send data to USB A port.

I did some research on this but i wasn't succesfull.
