Sorting another vector based on how one vector is sorted?

I find learncpp.com to be well written and it covers plenty of ground, so I'd imagine the later chapters to be of at least some use to you.

I'd say the first chapters would probably be of even more help, don't skip anything, and do all of the exercises (if any) again don't skip anything.

Edit: Oh, and I still recommend you get a good book. A book usually covers the information much more thoroughly.
