Ofcourse it does. It comes with more project spaces than any compiler, it's the Microsoft Windows standard compiler.

If you mean installation programs then msvc pro comes with installshield.

A program that will build you a setup app for others to install your program on their PC. I know I make no sense whatsoeverbut does that help some?

Yeah, that's what s_c and Dean were both talking about. Dev-C++ has one too - you just have to d/l a 240K file off the website

If you mean InstallShield, then it's only available with the professional edition of MSVC and above.
Is there any install type program for the Standard version?

There's nothing that comes with the IDE (unless they've changed the features) but you can probably download an freeware version. Do a search on goggle for 'installer'.
