Without adding libraries, you are able to compile just fine?

I am afraid he/she does NOT know what a compiler is.

Edit: Also, does NOT seem to know how to use a forum on the CB Forum they have started two threads; but, I am afraid they do NOT look at the answers posted in reply.

    > Download binary
The first time you get code blocks, you NEED to download and install codeblocks-16.01mingw-setup.exe

This package contains the IDE and the compiler environment.

The packages without 'mingw' in the name are just the editor part of code blocks.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

This of course is a good idea if the poster is using MS Windows; I no longer assume that to be true. But, I see the font is Windows-xxxx where x is a digit; So, Salem is right in his suggestion.

And the screenshot clearly shows a windows-style decorated window.
What can this strange device be?
When I touch it, it gives forth a sound
It's got wires that vibrate and give music
What can this thing be that I found?
