    Displaying all the files of a folder

    Is there a way to display the names of all the files in a folder? So that I can list all the files for the user to see.

    I thought of doing

    system("dir/p");

    or whatever that dos command was, but that shows a bit too much information for the user, is there a way to make it look simpler?

    Paul

    Sorry don't know.
    You can try dir /b to display the names without the heading information and summary.

    Use the FindFirstFile() and FindNextFile() API functions to retrieve a list of files in a directory.

    How about a combination of dir /p /b? It displayes all the files in a nice neat column.
