however i couldn't find proper resources for learning C++. I've tried youtube, books and lots more. finally i hit onto and find it really good. i've also seen the all tutorials page and seen lots of awesome topics listed over i just wanted to know if is good resource and the most important if it covers all topics...

There are likely to be topics not covered. Anyway, Alex (the owner of this website) has an introductory book that you could read; another good book would be Accelerated C++.

I get maybe two dozen requests for help with some sort of programming or design problem every day. Most have more sense than to send me hundreds of lines of code. If they do, I ask them to find the smallest example that exhibits the problem and send me that. Mostly, they then find the error themselves. "Finding the smallest program that demonstrates the error" is a powerful debugging tool.
