Cannot build

So I'm fairly new to programming, and I'm trying to type up a simple addition program. Whenever I try to build it, I get a message that says "1>.\Debug\09032011.exe.intermediate.manifest : general error c1010070: Failed to load and parse the manifest. The system cannot find the file specified."

I know that it's a little more complicated to save than other programs, and I'm hoping that's it. Can anyone help?
