    Wink A little something for the new guys! (The imfamous 'Hello World' tutorials)

    C++ Tutorials

    If you are like me and inadvertently stumbled into the world of C++. I found it all because I wanted to create a text based RPG. Your reason may be different but regardless, you are here. Also, if you are like me, you have kind of got in a little over your head (it happens), but don't sweat it. The above link is a really cool site I found that will take you through all the basics of C++ and help you understand all those errors that, right now, you just stare at blankly. All the tutorial listings are on the left hand column. I've went through 6 of them so far and I've learned alot.

    TO THE MODS: I didn't find this link anywhere on the site, but then again I'm not very perceptive. If there is already a post or a reference to this site then feel free to delete my post as to clear up the clutter

    Now we get to ponder whether your admission represents an endorsement, or otherwise, for "that site".
    Right 98% of the time, and don't care about the other 3%.

    If I seem grumpy or unhelpful in reply to you, or tell you you need to demonstrate more effort before you can expect help, it is likely you deserve it. Suck it up, Buttercup, and read this, this, and this before posting again.

    There lies the secret of Special Relativity ...never forget about the frame of reference !
    w.r.t Me, it is an ....endorsement, because very few documents can be clear to beginners and still remain accurate.
