    Install program

I have a few programs wrote that are using libraries that I download from the net, Opencv, glut ect.
Now I want these programs to work on another computer but my problem is that when I simply put it on a USB and upload them to another computer the dll for the libraries that I had to install manually are not present.

Is there a way to automatically install these dllís maybe set up an installation program or something simpler maybe, how do you get around this problem?

It depends on what you downloaded. Are they simple dll files? If so, take those dlls and stick them with the exe and you're done.
If you are using some other technique, it might be trickier.
Installation programs are all around us--NSIS is a popular one. Visual Studio also provides installers along with the IDE. Don't know if it works in the Express edition, though.
