Based on my expierience, chance that he is telling truth is very small, could say near 0. Yes, near 0 equals 0, time to turn off binary thinking here.

I don't do this because I am a programmer. I do it because I know people and the anonymity of the internet.
I also know there have been cases in the past--similar--where someone was hurt because of this attitude we give to people without being presented proof.
It is not fair and it certainly isn't nice to assume things of people of this kind. IF they prove to exactly fit this description, then you have all the right to be like this toward that individual.

Maybe I will feel bad, but I will be given more experience and probably will not beg for homework again (at least here), thus this is not detrimental.

That is a harsh.
There is one thing is being mean and harsh to people and another thing entirely to teach them things. From my experience, especially my own, being rude and harsh to people is just no good. It's bad.

I admit that my post can be considered spam, but I see many like this on this board, so forgive me.

I certainly wouldn't consider this spam.

I just wish you would show more compassion towards people instead of accusing them.
