    Testing 123

    Hi all,

I am shortly (i hope!) to release a couple of apps commercially, i am concerned about QT though having never done this before and i wondered if anybody could offer advice on a testing strategy or methodology

There is not too much to it, most of the bugs would come from input validation, but i have a GUI to accomodate also and the logic and callbacks and general events handling could throw up situations / problems that i have not encountered while developing.

    Thought for the day:
"Are you sure your sanity chip is fully screwed in sir?" (Kryten)
FLTK: "The most fun you can have with your clothes on."

    Stroustrup:
"If I had thought of it and had some marketing sense every computer and just about any gadget would have had a little 'C++ Inside' sticker on it'"

Mm. I'd consider using my relatives and colleagues for testing. Surely some of them would be interested in using the software you've developed?
