Using the compiler is quite simple, you need to use bcc32. But I guess this is not what you meant. Can you please be a little bit more specific?

In case you do not get it: Those people are trying to tell you that
a) Don't use all uppercase, it is the net's equivalent to shouting
b) if you need answers, give enough information for us not to have to guess
