    C++ problem

    Determine all the twin pairs of a matrix . I need the problem resolved in C++ type
    and the matrix is :
    1 5 2 4
    3 9 7 2
    2 5 4 1

    Line 1 si pair with lin 3 ... thx alot guyz if u would help me by tomorow until 14.00 pm . Best regards
