Do you have "using namespace std;" somewhere in your code?
Variables must be declared before you try to use them.
Watch the curly braces, most of your code is outside of main()
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
So declare them then!
