So do those two =) I happen to speak both of them (not much Japanese actually, but I have learned the punctuations already).Every language (except for some like Japanese or Chinese), have punctuation, commas, and so on.
Hmmm. Well, I am certainly no expert in writing those two, so I'll take your word for that!
