i think kindergarten is the answer.
displaying "hellow world" to the screen might be a good project for kindergarteners.
Any more than that depends on what you have learned about so far. You could create a gaime, develop software to manage inventory at a factory/bank/retail establishment/whatever, convert roman numerals to arabic and visa versa, develop a check writing program, a program to keep track of sales commissions for employees, a scheduling program for manning an information booth at the school library, etc., etc.
