    Eighth Contest -- Vote Now!!!

yep... it's finally here... sorry for the delay

    Editor's opinion: Choose Problem Solving!

In a Problem Solving Contest, a problem will be selected by me and given to the contestant population. To solve this program, you must create a program that accepts some input and prints out the solution. You must figure out how to solve the problem, and write a program determining that.

    For example:

Write an interpreter that accepts three types of sentences:

    NOUN IS NOUN.
    VERB NOUN NOUN?
    NOUN VERB NOUN?

and prints sensible answers based on the questions asked, and based on the data given.

that's not a good example... but it's much more in-depth than that. if you're interested in a contest where

Network Connect 4 only by a hair!

I love network stuff, so I picked this one.
    Compilers:
GCC on Red Hat 8.1 (Primary)
GCC on Mac OS X 10.2.4 (Secondary)

    Others:
    MinGW on XP
