For some reason, I'm not seeing what you described. Here's what I'm seeing:
Showing threads 1 to 1 of 1, sorted by last post time in descending order, from
And then there it stops. I imagine that after the last word there should be the option you mentioned, but I simply can't see it. Is there something wrong with the page? I really don't understand why I can't see that. For now, could you just respond with the url to see all of the posts in this forum? I'd appreciate that. Thanks in advance.

Try this one

I'm suprised about your options being missing though. Can you provide a screen print of the Contents forum main page with the options missing.
When all else fails, read the instructions.
If you're posting code, use code tags:
/* insert code here */
Thanks. Now I can see the last 60 posts, but that option you mentioned is still missing.

I'd be willing to, but I don't know how. I image that I would need some software for that. If you could give me a link to some software that would do that on Mac OS 9, I'll provide that for you.
